About Personal Trainer Joel DuBose

Joel DuBose has been an avid bodybuilding enthusiast since he was a child. After traveling the world to train with some of the industry’s biggest stars and actively learning about how they crafted their bodies, he realized he could use this knowledge and passion to help others achieve their own fitness goals. 

While working out at mainstream gyms, Joel became frustrated with the long waits to use out-of-date equipment, distracting music, and watching personal trainers giving their clients incorrect—and often unsafe—instruction. The experience inspired him to open his own state-of-the-art gym where everyone could succeed.

At DuBose Fitness, Joel takes a 100% science-based approach to personal training, offering clients from beginners to bodybuilders one-on-one guidance that will help them achieve their health and fitness goals safely and efficiently.
